Came for our usual chicken sharing platter and free drink courtesy of Jamesons. The codes didn’t work on the system so we were told we couldn’t have them but Jordan persevered and got it working and we have our drinks. Cheers Jord. Eileen and Dean Herkess.

Never had a bad meal or service when I've come here and what makes our experience better is Jordan he goes above and beyond nothing is to much trouble abd always takes time to speak and make sure everything is OK also makes my 88 year old mums day brighter thank you

Decided to stop for a bite and really wanted a roast. This did not disappoint, Adam the chef made sure the food was fantastic and his customer service skills are excellent. You can tell he cares about your experience.

We went here with the reviews thought it would be good, had a mixed grill and it was not good at all, the steak was cooked decent, the chicken was dry, the sausage was like cardboard (assume they were from breakfast or something) ordered cake for pudding and waited 35 minutes. We heard the staff taking the mick out of an old couple that had asked how much longer theirs was going to be, which they had ignored a few times. Staff seem more interested in talking and joking with friends. Would avoid!

Been coming here for 18 months, most weeks. Since around November the carvery has gone right down hill. Burnt food, hard burnt roast potatoes, dried out vegetables and either sloppy wet or dried out mash! We stopped coming over December and January as it got so bad but we gave it another chance today and the only thing that has changed is the service from the waitresses has gotten worse. We weren't greeted and seated as usual as the waitress was chatting at the bar and we had no service check where we could have highlighted our issues. We weren't the only people who were unhappy with our food we heard a few complaints from where we were sat. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.
On leaving the Waitress was outside smoking. The whole 45 mins we were there we didn't have one interaction with the waitress and it was no wonder we couldn't find her to complain.
